枫杨颗粒剂灭钉螺效果初报

摘　　要：研制了一种以枫杨（Pterocaryastenoptera）叶为主要成份，与淀粉、明胶等原料混合而制成的植物颗粒灭螺剂代替化学灭螺药品用于灭螺实验．与其它植物灭螺方式相比，这种颗粒灭螺剂对钉螺具有较强的毒杀作用，在室内用颗粒灭螺剂饲喂钉螺5天，杀灭钉螺最高可达到75％；并且具有应用广泛、成本低廉、药效持久、污染减少等特点．结果表明利用枫杨颗粒灭螺剂是植物灭螺的一种新型实用方法．Instead of chemical medicine killing Oncomelania hupensis, the granules which were made of power of P. stenoptera leaves mixed with starch and gelahne were used to kill the O. hupensis - Result shawd that the granule medicine could effectively poison O. hmpnsis. Mndty of O. hupensis fed with the granule for five days inside was up t0 75 pereent. Compared with water extract and active components extracted with organic sovents from the sam plant, the granule was much more hetter in killing O. hupensis, and could be used widely and conveniently. In this pape, how much tbe effect of the granule could last was dri insPeCted, and Ihe result sahsfied usAboe all, it sugutal that the plan granule was a new methed in ldlling O. bois.
