抗溃疡病杨树种类的调查研究

摘　　要：本文对133个杨树种及无性系进行了溃疡病自然发病情况调查,同时对其中部分品种和无性系进行了室内人工接种。结果表明:不同派,派内、派间杂交种,同一杂交组合的后代中感病程度均有明显差异。室内人工接种感病程度差异的变化趋势和野外自然发病程度差异的变化趋势基本一致。以沙兰杨、毛白杨、Ⅰ—214杨、Ⅰ-69杨表现最为抗病;北京杨、陕林2号杨最为感病;其它属于中间级别。Describes the field investigation of natural infection by canker(Dothi orella grigaTia) on different poplar species and lines.Part of them -were artificially inoculated. The results showed that the degree of infection differs obviously among species and lines. The different degree of infection by artifical inoculation showed same tendency with that of natural infection. Populus euramericana cv.'Sacrau 79, , P.tomentosa, P deltoides cv. 'Lux' and P.euramerieana cv. '1-214' showed very resistant to canker while P.tiigra var. italica and P. ×enramercana cv. 'Janpan' ×P.nigra var. italica showed most susceptible.
