麻辛平喘汤治疗小儿支气管40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察麻辛平喘汤治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将120例支气管哮喘急性发作住院患儿随机分为麻辛平喘汤组、易坦静组、顺尔宁组,每组各40例。3组均辅用雾化吸入、抗感染常规治疗。麻辛平喘汤组另给予麻辛平喘汤治疗,易坦静组另给予易坦静口服治疗,顺尔宁组另给予顺尔宁口服治疗。3组均不使用其他平喘药物,疗程均为7天。疗程结束后观察3组患儿的临床疗效;治疗前后检测峰值呼气流速(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),测定患儿血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、血嗜酸粒细胞计数(EOS)进行比较。结果麻辛平喘汤组临床控制率略优于易坦静组和顺尔宁组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患儿FEV1、PEF治疗后较治疗前均有上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3组患儿EOS、IgE、IL-5均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。易坦静组、顺尔宁组治疗后EOS、IgE、IL-5与麻辛平喘汤组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论麻辛平喘汤能显著改善哮喘患儿肺功能、控制哮喘的临床症状。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Maxin Pingchuan Decoction（Decoction including ephedra and asarum herb for stopping asthma）on children asthma.Methods Totally 120 hospitalized children with acute attack of asthma were randomized into Maxin Pingchuan Decoction group（Decoction group）,Easy Jotham Static control group（EJS group）,and Singulair control group（Singulair group）,with 40 patients in each.Three groups were all given aerosol inhalation and anti-infection as routine treatment in addition to Maxin Pingchuan Decoction,Easy Jotham Static,and Singulair for oral taking respectively.They were not given any other herbal or western medicines for asthma.The clinical effect of 3 groups was observed after 7 days treatment.Before and after treatment,peak expiratory flow（PEF）,forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）,immunoglobulin E（IgE）,interleukin 5（IL-5）and eosinophilic granulocyte count（EOS）were examinationed.Results Although the Decoction group was slightly better than EJS group and Singulair group in clinical controlling rate,the difference was not significant in statistics（P0.05）.After treatment,FEV1 and PEF of 3 groups were all increased and the difference was significant in statistics（P0.01）,but there was no statistics difference among the 3 groups（P0.05）.EOS,IgE,and IL-5 of 3 groups were all decreased with a significant difference in statistics（P0.01）.The effect of EJS group and Singulair group on EOS,IgE,and IL-5 was significantly different as compared with the Decoction group（P0.01）.Conclusion Maxin Pingchuan Decoction is effectively improving the lung functions and controlling the asthma symptoms.
