摘 要:以陇椒2号为对照,喜悦2314、陇上椒王、金元8号和酒椒3号为材料,比较了各品种的维生素C、可溶性有机酸、可溶性糖含量,产量等。试验结果表明,陇上椒王、酒椒3号、喜悦2314、金元8号4个品种产量显著高于对照陇椒2号,酒椒3号可溶性有机酸含量与对照相比差异显著,陇上椒王可溶性糖含量与对照相比差异显著。Taking 4 hot pepper(Capsicum frutescens L.) cultivars as experimental material,the contents of vitamin C,soluble organic acids,soluble sugar content,and yield as well as control group were compared.The results showed that the yields of Longshangjiaowang,Jiujiao No.3,Xiyue 2314 and Jinyuan No.8 were significant compared with that of the control group.Moreover,the soluble organic acids of Jiujiao No.3 and content of soluble sugar of Longshangjiaowang were significantly compared with that of the control group.
