青霉素对老化雪里蕻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:研究了0~500 mg/L青霉素溶液对常规和老化雪里蕻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,不同浓度的青霉素溶液对雪里蕻种子的发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗鲜干质量的影响达到极显著水平,对雪里蕻种子发芽和幼苗生长有促进作用。同时也表明不同浓度青霉素对雪里蕻老化种子活力恢复和提高有改进作用。其中300 mg/L青霉素处理的老化种子活力指数是未经青霉素处理的老化种子的1.41倍,而200 mg/L青霉素处理的老化雪里蕻种子田间成苗率达到38.06%,是老化种子对照的1.88倍。表明一定浓度的青霉素处理可以修复老化对雪里蕻种子造成的损伤,可以提高成苗率,起到壮苗的效果。The effect of different penicillin solution(0-500 mg/L) on the germination and seedling growth of accelerated aging seeds of potherb mustard were studied.The results indicated that treatments with penicillin at certain concentration could increase germination index,vigor index and weight of fresh and dry matter more significantly.Penicillin enhanced seed germination and seedling growth of potherb mustard,and it restored germination index and vigor index of accelerated aging seeds of potherb mustard while the solution of penicillin was 300 mg/L added,and the vigor index was 1.41 times than that of control treatment.It showed that deterioration of potherb mustard seed inhabited the seed vigor severely;otherwise,low concentration of penicillin could recover the seed vigor of the accelerated aging seeds.And after 200 mg/L of penicillin processing of aging potherb mustard seeds sprout rate reached into the field 38.06% is aging seed controlled 1.88 times.Show the aging potherb mustard seed through certain concentration of penicillin after the treatment of the seeds can regenerate ageing injury,can improve sprout rate,strengthen the seedlings.
