摘  要:内导流膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)处理高浓度淀粉废水过程中,对反应器内颗粒污泥床的性质变化进行研究。结果表明:内导流EGSB有很好的CODCr去除效果,在水力停留时间为24h,进水CODCr为18 890mg/L时,反应器的CODCr平均去除率为80.4%。内导流EGSB反应器由于增加了导流板,微生物可以更好地利用自身产气的动力作用,在水力负荷为3.55m3/(m2.h),产气量为5.96L/h时的污泥床膨胀率比产气量为2.77L/h时高9.5%。反应器内污泥平均粒径由0.51mm增加到1.66mm,当污泥活性未受到破坏时,颗粒污泥比产甲烷活性与胞外多聚物呈正相关。In this paper,the study on change of the granular sludge bed in internal reactor during the processing of high concentration starch wastewater by internal stream guidance expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB) was carried out.The results showed:internal stream guidance EGSB could remove CODCr effectively,in the condition of hydraulic residence time was 24 hours,influent CODCr was 18 890 mg/L,the average removal rate of CODCr was 80.4%.The internal stream guidance EGSB was equipped with guidance boards,so it could utilize the dynamics from itself gas production,which resulted in the 5.96 L/h gas production under 3.55 m3/(m2·h) hydraulic load,about 9.5% sludge bed expansion ratio higher than 2.77 L/h.The characteristics of sludge in reactor during experiments were as following:the average sludge particle increased from 0.51 mm to 1.66 mm,the sludge ratio methanogenic activity was proportionate with extracellular polymeric substances if the sludge was not hurt.
