摘　　要：大型香蕉筛应用在选煤厂分级、脱泥、脱介和脱水作业等工艺环节中。在实际应用中,大型香蕉筛出现了横梁断裂、侧板裂纹及弹簧压断等诸多问题,其中横梁断裂最尤为突出,严重影响了选煤厂的正常生产。以BLS3661大型香蕉筛为例,对大型香蕉筛横梁断裂的问题进行了研究,并提出了解决方案。The large-scale banana screen is applied in the process of classification,desliming,medium removing and dewatering,etc.In the actual application,such problems of the large-scale banana screen appear as breaking of crossbeam,cracking of side plate,staving of spring,etc.Among these problems,breaking of crossbeam is the most common,and it has seriously influenced the normal production in coal preparation plants.With BLS3661 large-scale banana screen serving as example,the breaking of crossbeam is studied,and solutions are proposed.
