摘 要:矿井用变压器由于巷道条件限制,要求铁心柱截面面积与输出功率进行优化设计。解决该问题的关键是如何得到满足铁心柱截面要求的级数、各级宽度和厚度。为此,在考虑油道散热的情况下,笔者以各级矩形面积总和最大为第一目标函数,并以各个油道间的面积在最小二乘意义下的近似相等为第二目标函数建立了多目标规划模型。结果表明,在铁心外圆公称尺寸为650mm时,最优截面级数为14级,有效面积增加了12%。Due to narrow roadway conditions,the mine transformer is required to meet the optimization design of the section area of the column core and the output power.The crux of the matter is how to determine the step number,width and thickness of all steps so as to meet the requirements of the section of the column core.The cooling of oil channel being considered,the maximum sum of rectangle area of all steps is taken as the first objective function,and the area between each oil channel being approximately equal under the least square is taken as the second objective function,thus the multi-objective programming model is established.The results show that while the nominal outer diameter of the column core is 650mm,the optimal step number of section is 14,and effective area increases by 12%.
