摘　　要：简要分析了双线式自动干油集中润滑系统的基本原理和组成,并根据该系统在18500t油压机中的应用情况,着重论述了大型干油润滑系统的常见故障及维护要点。指出自动切换是双线式系统的关键,提出合理的管路配置,对系统的自动切换有着重要作用。The paper gives a brief introduction of basic principle and structure of the double-line automatic grease centralized lubrication system,and stresses common faults and maintenance points of large-scale grease lubrication system based on its application to 18 500 t hydraulic press.In addition,it points out that automatic switching is the key point of the double system,and proposes reasonable piping layout,which is important to automatic switching.
