摘  要:以隆平03(LP03)和培矮64S(PA64S)成熟胚作为外植体,研究了不同类型的培养基对愈伤组织的诱导效果,并在愈伤组织诱导和继代过程中对各矿质元素的变化进行了分析。研究结果表明:当2,4-D为2.5 mg/L6,-BA为0.2 mg/L时,N6和NB培养基可以使LP03和PA64S出愈率达到95%以上,且愈伤组织质量较其他培养基诱导的愈伤组织质量好。NB培养基更适合PA64S愈伤组织的诱导,N6更适合LP03愈伤组织的诱导。在水稻成熟胚愈伤组织诱导的阶段,含量最丰富的矿质元素是K,在培养过程中需求量最大的矿质元素为P、K、Fe。The mature embryos of LP03 and PA64S were used as explant to study the induction effects of different culture medium on calli,and the changes of each mineral element in process of calli induction and subculture were analyzed.The results showed that when concentration of 2,4-D and 6-BA was 2.5 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L respectively,the culture medium N6 and NB both can increase callus rate of LP03 and PA64S to over 95%,and the calli quality in both media was better than that in the other media,but the NB culture medium was more suitable for inducing calli of PA64S and the N6 culture medium was more suitable for inducing calli of LP03.In the stage of calli induction of rice mature embryo,the richest content of mineral element is K;the most demanded mineral elements in the culturing stage are P,K and Fe.
