摘  要:以已鉴定的抗寒品种苏粳2号和立新粳为试验材料,不抗寒品种三百粒、阳壳糯和加巴拉为对照,研究了低温处理前、6℃低温处理4 d后和恢复生长8 d 3个阶段水稻幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。研究结果表明:经低温胁迫后,抗寒品种苏粳2号和立新粳的SOD活性分别上升了110.7%、87.4%,POD活性分别上升了71.7%、56.4%,且抗寒能力越强,其活性的上升幅度越大,而不抗寒品种与对照的SOD与POD活性在处理前后差异不显著。The identified cold-resistance varieties Sujing No.2 and Lixinjing were used as experimental materials,and the cold-sensitive varieties Sanbaili,Yangkenuo,and Jiabala were used as control.The activity changes of SOD and POD in leaves of rice seedling at three different stages(before cold stress treatment,4 d after 6℃ treatment and resuming growth for 8 d) were studied.The results showed that after cold stress treatment,the activity of SOD in Sujing No.2 and Lixinjing increased by 110.7% and 87.4%,respectively;the activity of POD in Sujing No.2 and Lixinjing increased by 71.7% and 56.4%,respectively;the cold resistance of Sujing No.2 and Lixinjing was more stronger,the activities of SOD and POD in Sujing No.2 and Lixinjing increased more rapidly;the activities of SOD and POD in the cold-sensitive varieties and the control before and after cold stress treatment had not significant changes.
