中药免疫增强剂(维康)对母猪免疫应答及生产性能的影响

摘　　要：挑选80头胎次相同、配种日期接近的湖北白猪母猪,进行饲料中添加中药免疫增强剂(维康)的对比试验。验证了维康具有增强免疫应答、提高母猪猪瘟疫苗免疫抗体水平的显著功效(p<0.05);还能显著提高母猪妊娠期增重(p<0.05);母猪繁殖性能也有显著改善:产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重显著提高(p<0.05);仔猪成活率、断奶窝重也有改善的趋势(p>0.05)。A comparative study was carried out by adding an herbal medicine immune enhancement preparation（Weikang） to daily feed for 80 Hubei-white sows with same parity and similar mating date.The results validated that Weikang has significant effects on increasing immune response and improving antibody level of swine fever（P0.05）;it also can significantly improve weight gain of sow during pregnancy（P0.05） and the reproductive performance of sow;the litter size,the live litter size and the Wt.of litter at birth increased obviously（P0.05）;the neonate survival rate and the Wt.of weaning litter was improved but not significantly（P0.05）.
