摘　　要：介绍了山东济南发电设备厂220 MW空冷汽轮发电机定子线棒的试制情况,重点介绍了单支VPI绝缘制造技术的工艺过程和常态电老化的试验结果。结果表明研制的产品质量达到了Alstom公司的技术要求,已投入批量生产。The trial production of a stator bar in 220 MW air-cooling turbo-generator of Shandong Jinan Power Equipment Factory was presented,and the process of single VPI insulation manufacturing technology and the experimental result of normal electrical aging test were introduced emphatically.The results show that the product has met the technical requirements of Alstom Company and has been put into mass production.
