摘　　要：分析了我国科技文献及科技文献平台建设的基本情况,归纳了目前的跨库检索技术,提出了通过建立信息资源共建共享协调机制,制定统一的技术标准、规范和协议,建立统一检索数据库,借鉴先进的D ialog国际联机检索技术等建议,以促使我国科技文献的快速高效检索利用。This paper analyzes the basic situation of national S＆T literature and the construction of S＆T literature platform, induces the present cross - database retrieval technology and puts forward some suggestions of establishing the construction - sharing coordination mechanism of information resources, formulating the unified technical standards, norms and agree- ments and setting up the unified retrieval database and using the advanced Dialog international online retrieval technology, etc. in order to promote retrieval utilization of the national S＆T literature fast and efficiently.
