摘　　要：国家自然科学基金是我国支持基础研究的主渠道之一,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,同时也是一个庞大的科学研究系统。为了使这个庞大的系统科学、规范、有效地运作,应当在项目申报、评审、实施、信息平台建设、项目经费支出、规章制度执行等主要环节加强精细化管理。The National Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC） is one of the main channels for our nation to support the basic research. It is an important part of our national innovation system, and also a colossal scientific research system. Management should be elaborately reinfbrced in a series of procedures such as research project application, review and im- plementation, information platform construction, expenditure of the fund, regulations execution, ere, in order to make the gigantic system work scientifically, normatively and effectively.
