摘  要:目的探讨产前超声对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形诊断的临床应用价值。方法对45例经引产或随访证实的胎儿中枢神经系统的产前超声声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果 45例中,产前超声诊断无脑儿7例,露脑畸形1例,脑膨出3例,脉络丛囊肿3例,脑积水、脑室扩张17例,Dandy-Walker畸形3例,开放性脊柱裂3例,全前脑2例,胼胝体缺如1例,颈部水囊瘤3例,骶尾部畸胎瘤1例;漏诊隐性脊柱裂1例。结论超声检查对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的确诊率高,是产前筛查胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的可靠方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound examination as a routine scanning method for fetal central nerve system abnormalities.Methods Ultrasound imaging features of 45 fetus with fetal central nerve system abnormalities confirmed by autopsy or follow-up were analyzed retrospectively.Results Forty-five fetus with fetal central nerve system abnormalities were examined by ultrasound.Among these cases,there were seven cases of anencephaly,one case of exencephaly,three cases of cephalocele,three cases of choroid plexus cysts,17 cases of hydrocephalus and ventriculomegaly,three cases of Dandy-Walker complex,three cases of open spina bifida,two cases of holoprosencephaly,one case of agenesis of the corpus callosum,three cases of nachal cystic hygroma,one case of sacrococcygeal teratoma and one case of missed hidden spina bifida.Conclusion Ultrasound examination is a liable method to screen fetal central nerve system abnormalities with a high detection rate.
