摘 要:为研究铜绿微囊藻与水华微囊藻在磷限制条件下的生长状况,分别对2种藻种进行了纯培养与共培养的分批培养实验。结果表明:在纯培养体系中,由最大生长量看,铜绿微囊藻与水华微囊藻生长严重受限的磷浓度分别为0.01 5、0.01 mg/L;2种微囊藻的μ(比生长速率)快速增长的磷浓度区间分别为0~0.02 mg/L和0~0.03 mg/L。共培养体系中,μ快速增长的磷浓度区间变为0~0.015 mg/L。结合2种培养体系中最大生长量、μ及叶绿素a浓度的结果,可以得知,磷浓度在0.01 mg/L以下时,2种微囊藻的生长都受到严重限制。水华微囊藻对磷的需求高于铜绿微囊藻,而且动力学分析结果也表明,在磷营养贫乏时,铜绿微囊藻容易形成优势。In order to study the phosphorus limitation effects on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Microcystis flos-aquae in Taihu Lake,batch cultures of those two strains were conducted in monoculture and multi-culture systems.The results showed that when phosphorus concentrations were below 0.015 mg/L,the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa would be inhibited seriously and so would be the growth of Microcystis flos-aquae whilst phosphorus concentrations being below 0.01 mg/L.When phosphorus concentrations ranged from 0 to 0.02 mg/L,the organism specific breeding rateμof Microcystis aeruginosa would increase rapidly.Microcystis flos-aquae had the same growth trend when phosphorus concentrations ranged from 0 to 0.03 mg/L.In multi-culture systems,the competitive interaction accelerated the growth of Microcystis strains,andμrose rapidly when phosphorus concentrations ranged from 0 to 0.015 mg/L.Considering the results of maximum cell yield,μand chlorophyll a concentration in both culture systems,the growth of those two Microcystis strains suggested to be seriously inhibited when phosphorus concentrations below 0.01 mg/L.As Microcystis flos-aquae needs more phosphorus,as well as the kinetic analysis has also revealed,Microcystis aeruginosa could become dominant when poor in nutrient phosphorus.
