摘　　要：国际金融危机爆发后,美国奥巴马政府在全球率先实施了20世纪30年代大萧条以来最全面、最彻底的金融监管改革。此次改革是对美国对国际金融危机全面反思的产物,虽然从根本上符合美国的金融安全和发展利益,但也反映了国际社会的共识和呼声。美国金融监管改革在全球树立了标尺形象,对我国具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。The Obama Government of the United States first conducted the most comprehensive and exhaustive financial regulatory reform since Great Depression of the 1930s after the recent international financial crisis exploded.This reform is the product of systematic reflection of the United States to the crisis.Although this reform fundamentally benefits the American financial safety and development,it embodies the broad consensus and strong calls of international society for financial regulatory reform issues.The regulatory reform of the United States has set a benchmarking for the globe,and supplied our China with some important reference and enlightenment.
