后危机时代转轨国家经济发展模式的转变——以俄罗斯及中东欧国家为例

摘　　要：本文在分析了转轨国家面临的被西欧外资银行所控制的金融系统、外资银行为主导的银行信贷模式和个人房贷为主体的信贷结构,以及"高负债、高投资"的经济模式和依赖资源或能源出口的经济模式等主要问题基础上,总结了俄罗斯及中东欧转轨国家经济发展模式向自主创新、内外需结合型经济转变,出口商品向多元化销售渠道、多样化商品结构以及高技术含量转变的主要动向,提出了转轨国家经济结构调整方向的政策建议。Global financial crisis has influenced a great many transitional countries seriously. Economic development models in transitional countries：Finance system and bank credit controlled by foreign bank, export-oriented natural resources,＂ high credit and high investment＂, have faced great adjustment pressure, which should change into independent innovation, inner-outer demand, export diversification, various kinds of merchandise structure and high-tech products model.
