摘 要:皮带传动是一种常见的传动方式,皮带传动中的滑移率和传动效率通常只能通过实验方式测得。在假设皮带传动中皮带流量守恒的基础上,推导出一种皮带传动滑移率及传动效率的计算公式,并进行简化。简化后的计算公式只需已知皮带带型和有效拉力,就可以直接计算出皮带的滑移率和传动效率,省去了实验测试的方法。通过实例计算验证了公式的正确性。该简化公式还表明皮带传动的滑移率与有效拉力之间呈线性关系,滑移率直线斜率与有效拉力成正比,与皮带的初始截面积成反比。Belt transmission is a common way of transmission,which slippage rate and drive efficiency in belt transmission can only be tested through experiments.Assuming that the belt flow conserves in the belt transmission,the calculation formulas of the belt transmission slippage rate and the drive efficiency are derived and simplified.With the simplified calculation formulas,if the type of the belt and the belt effective tension are known,the belt slippage rate and drive efficiency can be calculated out directly without experiment.The correctness of the formulas is tested through example calculations.The formula also shows that there exits linear relationship between drive efficiency and effective tension in belt transmission,which linear slope of slippage rate is in direct ratio with effective tension and in inverse ratio with the initial section area of the belt.
