摘 要:目前汽车产业生产的许多零部件,都在朝着轻量化方向发展,压铸是一种重要的生产方法。根据铝合金浇注系统的设计原理,以ADC12铝合金压铸轮毂为研究对象,用MAGMAsoft软件进行模流分析,研究在不同浇注系统的溢流槽下,铝合金熔融金属的额流动分布及凝固过程,预测填充过程中有可能发生的缺陷的地方或现象,讨论在不同的设计下的结果,发现恰当的溢流槽结构设计可以减少熔体流动流纹及卷气,同时熔体的整体空气压力也较小,这对压铸模设计具有一定的指导意义。Nowadays,many parts manufactured for automotive industry are developed in lightweight,in which die casting is a most important method for manufacturing.According to the design principle of the aluminium alloy gating system,ADC12 aluminum alloy die-casting,for an example,is studied and analyzed with the software of MAGMAsoft,in which flowing distribution and dynamic solidification of melting aluminum alloy in different Overflow systems is discussed,possible defects or phenomenon occurred during filling is predicted as well as different results under different design is discussed,which is found that proper design of the overflow slot may reduce flow lines of the melt defect and gas entrapment,while the air pressure of the melt is smaller.It has guiding significance for Die-casting production.
