摘  要:汽轮发电机定子绕组端部在电磁力作用下,常常引起绕组端部松动和振动超标等缺陷,严重影响着发电机安全运行,对定子绕组端部振动进行实时在线监测是很有必要的。首先分析了绕组端部结构特点和受力振动情况,然后基于LabVIEW8.5语言和SQL Server2000数据库开发了定子绕组端部振动在线监测系统,采用FOA100光纤加速度传感器和瑞博华RBH8351采集卡,实时采集定子绕组端部振动数据,利用后台分析软件实时分析振动特征,功能包括信号采集预处理、实时参数设置、实时报警、时频域分析、振动趋势分析和历史数据查看等功能。Defects such as end winding loose and super-vibration may occur frequently due to the electromagnetic force on the end of stator winding,which affects seriously the operating security of the generator.Thus,it is quite essential to monitor the vibration on end of stator winding line.The structure characters of the end winding,vibration caused by endured force are firstly analyzed.Then the on-line vibration monitoring system is developed based on LabVIEW8.5 and the SQL server200 database,in which FOA100 optical fiber acceleration sensor and the RBH8351 acquisition card are used to sample the on-line vibration data.The vibration characteristics can be analyzed by the back-up processing software,which functions include signal sampling and pre-processing,real-time parameter setting,real-time alarming,time-domain and frequency-domain analysis,vibration trend analysis,data examination and so on..
