摘　　要：采用蛋白质沉淀法处理样品,与原子荧光光谱仪联用测定了牙周炎患者血清中非蛋白结合硒。对无水乙醇与血清混合体积比、温度与加热时间、离心力大小、NO3-与NO2-残留、共存离子等影响因素进行了考察。方法检出限为0.81μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%～4.5%,回收率为92.7%～103.2%。利用此方法测定了牙周炎患者血清中非蛋白结合硒,并与健康人作了对比。A new method using precipitation technique was developed for the determination of serum nonprotein bound selenium in periodontitis patients by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.The influencing factors of absolute ethyl alcohol and serum,temperature and heating-up time,centrifugal force size,residues of NO-3 and NO-2,coexistent ions were studied.The detection limit of Se in serum by the method is 0.81 g/L,the relative standard deviations of Se in the serum are in the range of 1.3%～4.5%,and the recoveries of Se in the serum are in the range of 92.7%～103.2%.This method can be used for the determination of non-protein bound selenium in periodontitis patients and healthy people.
