摘 要:建立了多壁碳纳米管分离富集-原子荧光光谱法测定化妆品中痕量汞(Hg2+)的新方法,考察了Hg2+在碳纳米管填充固相萃取柱上的吸附行为,优化出了最佳吸附和洗脱条件。优化后的实验条件:pH4,流速2.0 mL/m in,络合剂1 g/L吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)溶液用量1.0 mL;洗脱剂采用6 mol/LHNO3,流速为0.5 mL/m in。样品体积50 mL的条件下,方法的检出限为0.0027ng/mL,线性相关系数为r2=0.997。应用该方法成功测定了化妆品中的痕量汞。A solid phase extraction method for preconcentration of Hg2+ based on multiwalled carbon nanotubes(WNTs) was established in this paper.300 mg of the carbon nanotubes was packed in a mini-column.The variables affecting Hg2+ preconcentration were investigated and optimized.50 mL of Hg2+ solution was preconcentrated by using 1.0 mL of 1 g/L APDC solution as chelating reagent at pH 4.0.The adsorbed Hg2+ was eluted by 5 mL of 6 mol/L HNO3 solution at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min and then Hg2+ in the elution was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The potential effects of common coexisting ions were also investigated,and no obvious impact on the extraction was found.A low detection limit(3s,0.0027 ng/mL) and good correlation coefficient(r2=0.997) were obtained for Hg2+ detection.The established method was successfully applied to the analysis of Hg2+ in cosmetic samples.
