ICP-AES determination of rare earth elements in water samples after separation and enrichment by weak acid cation exchange fiber column

摘  要:提出了聚丙烯基弱酸性阳离子交换纤维柱富集痕量稀土元素,1.0 mol/LHC l溶液作为洗脱剂,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定水样中稀土元素的方法。在优化的试验条件下,弱酸性阳离子交换纤维对La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Er和Yb的吸附容量分别为86.5,98.2,98.7,99.2,84.9,91.5 mg/g;La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Er和Yb的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.015,0.039,0.0090,0.030,0.015,0.0090 ng/mL。方法用于水样中La、Nd、Eu、Gd、Er和Yb含量的测定,回收率在91.8%~103%之间,RSD在0.3%~5.6%之间。Trace amounts of rare earth(RE)elements,including La,Nd,Eu,Gd,Er and Yb in water sample were adsorbed and enriched by weak acid cation exchange fiber column,and desorbed from the column by eluting with 1.0 mol/L HCl.The solution obtained was used for ICP-AES analysis.Under the optimum conditions,the adsorption capacity of weak acid cation exchange fiber column toward La,Nd,Eu,Gd,Er and Yb were found to be 86.5,98.2,98.7,99.2,84.9,91.5 mg/g.The values of detection limits(3S/N)of this method for La,Nd,Eu,Gd,Er and Yb were 0.015,0.039,0.0090,0.030,0.015,0.0090 ng/mL.The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of La,Nd,Eu,Gd,Er and Yb in water samples,giving the values of recovery and RSD in the range of 91.8%~103% and 0.3%~5.6 %.
