三药新化学实体的协同开发

摘　　要：农药、医药、兽药同为生理活性物质,其开发实质为新化学实体的开发。三药新化学实体具有使用功能拓展性、原料或中间体通用性、结构相似性、创制方法的相似性等相通性特点。指出三药协同开发已成一种趋势,可通过组合化学技术、新靶标发现及制备、高通量筛选技术、活性化合物库建设等专题的学术交流及相应资源的共建共享、引导研究人员扩大新药筛选范围等措施推动三药协同开发。Pharmaceutical medicine,pesticide and veterinary pharmaceuticals are physiological activity substances and the essential of the three medicines development is to develop new chemistry entities（NCEs）.NCEs of three medicines have some communication characteristics,such as usage function extensibility,raw materials or intermediate commonality,structures and creation method similarity,and so on.Collaborative development of three medicines has become a trend.To speed up the collaborative development,academic communication with the following special subjects： combinatorial chemistry,new target discovery and preparation,high throughput screening,building bioactives library,and so on,should be advocated.Another two important measures are to encourage resource co-construction and sharing among the medicine domains and to lead researchers to broaden medicine screening domain.
