铜—罗丹明B—碘化钾多元络合物显色反应体系的研究

摘　　要：研究了铜碘络阴离子和罗丹明B在抗坏血酸和阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇存在下的显色反应，该体系当铜的浓度为1．6～5.6μg／mL，时服从比耳定律．摩尔吸光系数达1．2×104L·mol-1·cm-1．是一个简便和较灵敏的测铜方法．The colour reaction of copper (Ⅱ)-Iodine complex anion and Rbodamine B in the presence of Ascorbic acid and Gum arabic-polyvinyl alcohol is studied. Beer's law is obeyed in the ranqe of 1. 6~5. 6μg /mL of copper. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 2×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Recovery is 97. 6%~102.1 % of method. It is method of simple and convient and more sensitive to deterndne copper.
