摘　　要：目的:探讨规范临床抗菌药物应用管理的措施,提高医疗质量。方法:总结当前我国抗菌药物不合理应用的原因,并提出管理办法。结果与结论:医务人员和患者的认识不足、受利益驱使等是导致当前我国抗菌药物应用不合理的主要原因,应进一步加强医务人员和患者的合理用药宣传教育、深化医疗体制改革,开发和利用合理用药决策系统和监控系统,确保临床规范用药。OBJECTIVE：To explore management measures of antibiotics use in the clinic to improve medical quality. METHODS： The reasons for irrational use of antibiotics in China were summarized, and related measures were put forwards. RESULTSCONCLUSION： Main reasons for irrational use of antibiotics are realization defect of medical staff and patients and profit-driven. It is suggested to strengthen propaganda and education of rational use of antibiotics for medical staff and patients, deepen the reform of medical system, develop and apply decision and monitoring system for rational use of drugs to guarantee standard drug use in the clinic.
