临床药师在抗菌药物合理应用中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨我国临床药师在抗菌药物合理应用推行过程中所起的作用。方法:以临床药师、抗菌药物、合理用药为关键词,检索中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)2009年1月-2011年4月的相关文献,并进行分析、归纳、总结。结果:得到关于临床药师参与临床抗菌药物应用的文献81篇。临床药师分别从围术期预防用药、危重症患者及特殊人群抗感染治疗、抗菌药物与合并用药的相互作用及整体上干预临床合理应用抗菌药物等方面促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。结论:我国临床药师在促进抗菌药物的合理应用中发挥了重要作用。OBJECTIVE：To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in the course of promotion of rational use of antibacterials in China. METHODS： Using clinical pharmacist, antibacterials and rational drug use as key words, we searched articles in CHKD database （Jan. 2009-Apr. 2011）,then analyzed and summarized them. RESULTS： We got 81 articles about clinical pharmacists participating in antibacterials use and found that clinical pharmacists had promoted rational use of antibacterials as the following： peroperative prophylactic application of antibacterials; anti-infective therapy in special crowds; interaction between antibacterials and drugs combined; intervention of rational use of antibacterials from overall situation. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists have played an important role in promotion of rational use of antibacterials in our country.
