摘　　要：目的:探讨某肿瘤专科医院合理应用抗菌药物的措施。方法:介绍该院管理抗菌药物的一些措施与方法,并抽取2009年1-6月(干预前)和2010年1-6月(干预后)所有门诊抗菌药物处方及住院手术患者的出院病历200份,对各项指标进行评价。结果与结论:通过建立抗菌药物专项管理小组,完善医师、护士抗菌药物知识培训,制定管理制度、临床药师预警和干预机制等措施,干预后与干预前,该院门诊处方越级应用抗菌药物,术前、术后应用抗菌药物,抗菌药物选择指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该院的抗菌药物管理体系可有效提高临床抗菌药物的合理应用水平。OBJECTIVE：To explore the management measures for rational use of antibiotics in a cancer hospital. METHODS： Some measures and methods for the management of antibiotics were introduced, and all outpatient antibiotic prescriptions and 200 hospital discharged records of patients with surgery were collected from Jan. to Jun. in 2009 （before intervention） and from Jan. to Jun. in 2010 （after intervention）. All the indicators were evaluated. RESULTSCONCLUSION： Through establishing a special management group of antibiotics, improving antibiotics knowledge study for nurses and doctors, developing management systems, early warning and intervention made by clinical pharmacists, Before and after intervention doctors bypass the rule to use antibiotics, antibiotics use before and after surgery, antibiotics selection indicators showed statistical significance（P0.05）. The hospital management system can effectively improve the clinical rational use of antibiotics.
