摘　　要：目的:观察6%羟乙基淀粉(HES)130/0.4对脓毒症患者血浆中细胞因子水平的影响。方法:40例脓毒症患者随机分为2组。Ⅰ组为HES组,患者入室后1h内按20mL.kg-1输入HES;Ⅱ组为复方乳酸钠林格氏液(LRS)组,1h内输入等量LRS。分别于患者入室时(T0)、输完药品后(T1)、手术结束时(T2),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:与T0比较,Ⅰ组T1、T2时TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05);而Ⅱ组T0、T1、T2时TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平变化并不明显(P>0.05)。结论:6%HES130/0.4能抑制脓毒症患者血浆TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平的升高。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of 6% hydroxyethyl starch （HES） 130/0.4 on cytokines of patients with sepsis. METHODS： 40 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ was administrated with HES at a dose of 20 mL·kg-1 within 1 h after entering the operation room. Group Ⅱ received the same amount of Compound lactated Ringer’s solution （LRS）. Blood samples were taken at the following time point： at the time of entering the operation room （T0）, after drug was infused （T1） and at the end of surgery （T2）. The plasma concentration of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. RESULTS： Compared with T0, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were lowered significantly at T1 and T2 in groupⅠ（P〈0.05）, while the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 at each time point were not significantly different in groupⅡ（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： 6%HES130/0.4 can inhibit the increase of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels in plasma of patients with sepsis.
