摘  要:目的:解决患者在用药中遇到的问题,满足其对药品知识的需求。方法:对我院2008-2009年门诊药房咨询窗口工作内容进行统计、分析,并介绍药师在咨询工作中对各种用药问题提出的解决方案。结果与结论:2年中咨询窗口药师共接待咨询3278人次,平均每天12.3人次,其中药物相关内容与非药物相关内容各占约50%。药物相关内容主要包括药物使用、药品质量、药品价格和药品管理等方面,药师在咨询过程中为患者提供了及时、有效的用药指导;非药物相关内容主要包括问路、就医等问题,说明药物咨询窗口的作用在扩大、延伸。OBJECTIVE:To deal with the problems of drug use of patients and to meet the requirement of patients on pharmaceutical knowledge. METHODS: The working contents of pharmacy consulting window in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were analyzed statistically, and various solutions scheme to drug use by pharmacists were introduced. RESULTSCONCLUSION: Totally 3 278 cases are recorded in 2 years, there are 12.3 cases per day in average. Half of them are found to be related to drug use, and other half to be not related to drug use. Relevant contents of drugs mainly include drug use, drug quality, drug price, drug management and so on. Pharmacists provide timely effective drug use guideline for patients. Contents not related to drug use were asking for direction and seeing the doctors, etc. The role of drug consulting windows has been expanded and stretched.
