摘　　要：以江苏省宿迁地区农业信息化调研为案例,分析了当前农业信息资源获取上存在的问题及影响因素,提出了促进农业信息公共获取的关键在于加大政府对农村财政的投入、加强农村信息基础设施建设、培养农村信息人才和面向农村的信息资源开发。Based on rural IT application in Suqian County,Jiangsu province,this paper has analyzed the current agricultural information resources problems in access to and influence factors.To promote public access to agricultural information is the key to increasing government investment in rural finance,strengthening rural information infrastructure,and training and information professionals in rural areas of information resources for rural development.
