摘　　要：高校读者数量增加,服务时间延长,而高校图书馆流通阅览服务工作人员自然减员,高校进人门槛提高,导致流通阅览岗位的工作人员严重短缺,图书馆为照常提供服务采取了聘用临时工作人员、勤工俭学学生和服务外包等措施,从分析图书馆流通阅览服务工作社会化之内外因入手,概述了北京第二外国语学院图书馆流通阅览服务社会化的探索与实践。In order to cope with the shortage of stuff members,which are cause by the increasing number of readers and the prolonging of service time,library hired seasonal staff,students and outsourced some of the services.Beijing International Studies University（BISU） Library focus the research and practice on both the internal and external cause of the socialization of library services.
