摘 要:近年来,以湿地松或火炬松为母本,以加勒比松为父本选育的杂交松新品种深受群众喜爱,在中国南方地区推广面积不断扩大。由于杂交松种子产量低、生产成本高,因而种苗数量不足的问题日益突出。嫩枝扦插繁殖成为当前解决这一问题的重要途径。笔者以近年来开展的杂交松扦插试验为基础,系统研究影响杂交松扦插生根的因素。结果表明:插穗母株年龄显著影响扦插成活率,1~3年生嫩枝扦插成活率在77%以上,5年生穗条扦插成活率只有45%;插穗母株的基因型也影响扦插成活率,其中父本效应显著(P=0.016)影响扦插成活率,同一杂种类型的不同杂交组合扦插成活率差异明显;不同介质(扦插基质)和不同浓度的生根粉(GGR)对扦插成活率影响也很显著(P<0.01),珍珠岩、河沙与黄心土等单一介质扦插成活率显著优于几种介质混合后的扦插成活率,低浓度生根粉扦插成活率高于高浓度。New pine hybrids with female parent Pinus elliottii or P.taeda and male parent P.caribaea are popular and their planting area is keeping a rapid growth in recent years.While the cost for hybrid seed production is expensive and the hybrid seedling shortage is increasingly conspicuous.Stem cutting is thei mportant way to solve the problem.In this paper several factors of influencing rooting ability of stem cutting of pine hybrids were systematically studied based on cutting experience recent years.The results showed that the age of donor tree significantly affected the rooting ability,and the survival rate was over 77%for 1~3 years old donor trees,while 45% for 5-year-old trees.The genotype of cuttings was a significant factor of influencing survival rate.Paternal effect was important and the survival rate was different among crosses.Substance and plant growth regulators(GGR)significantly influenced the survival rate,too.The survival rate was higher with the medium perlite,sand or loess only than that with the medium of their mixture,and the GGR with lower concentration was better for cutting’s rooting.
