摘 要:以‘赞皇大枣’组培苗为材料,研究6-BA、IBA和NAA在枣组培苗增殖培养中的效应,并筛选出适宜组合。结果表明,在赞皇大枣组培苗增殖培养中,6-BA分别与IBA和NAA配合使用时,IBA的活性高于NAA,二者结合使用可显著促进组培苗的增殖,并提高成苗质量。‘赞皇大枣’最适培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,最适培养条件为温度(25±2)℃,光照强度2000~3000lx,光照时间14h/d。Using tissue culture seedlings of Zizipbusjujuha 'Zanhuang Dazao' as explants, effects of 6-BA, IBA and IAA on proliferation of Ziziphus jujuba were studied and selected its suitable composition in subculture. The results showed that in subculture, activity of IBA was higher, as compare with NAA. 6-BA blended with IBA could remarkably promote multiplication coefficient and quality of grow into seedlings. The best medium of Ziziphusjujuha 'Zanhuang Dazao' was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L. The best culture conditions for the temperature was (25±2)℃, light intensity was 2000-3000 Ix, illumination time was 14 h/d.
