城乡统筹背景下湖南平原湖区型新农村建设研究

摘　　要：从城乡统筹的角度出发,研究湖南平原湖区型新农村建设有助于解决该区域农业生产结构单一、农民收入水平低下、农村环境恶化等问题,实现该区域的可持续发展。以湖南省益阳市大通湖烟村新农村建设为研究对象,在充分调研的基础上,针对其自身的优劣势进行目标分解,应用"生产—生活—生态"三位一体模式规划理论,着重从支柱农业产业引入、村民居住环境改善、乡村休闲观光旅游发展、湖区湿地生态保护等方面进行研究,归纳出适用于该区域的新农村建设方法,以期为同类型新农村的建设提供参考。From the angle of coordinating urban-rural development, the author studied on the new countryside-construction in plain lake area in Hunan to help to solve the problems in this area, such as the single agricultural structure, low income level, the increasingly-worsen countryside environment and so on. To realize sustainable development, the author took Yan Village at Datonghu area of Yiyang City in Hunan as a study object of new countryside, based on the investigation, made a target decomposition for its own superiority and inferiority, applied a triune model of‘production-life-ecology’planning theory, emphasized the study on introducing the agriculture pillar industry, improving the rural inhabitation environmental, developing village argo-tourism, protecting the wet land in plain lake area and so on. In order to make a reference for similar new countryside-construction, it summed up new countryside-construction method which was suitable for this area.
