摘　　要：建立"三品"监管长效机制既是维护"三品"认证有效性和品牌权威性的需求,又是巩固农产品质量安全专项整治成果的有效措施。此文分析了"三品"监管现行制度和形势需求,认为可通过构筑企业自律、风险防范、依法查处和追溯管理"四道防线",逐步健全"三品"监管长效机制,并对此提出做好当前"三品"监管工作的具体建议。Long-term system for certificated agro-product supervision has great significance in keeping effectiveness, authority of certification and consolidating the achievement of national monitoring projects of ago-product quality and safety. In this paper, the present system and current situation of certificated agro-product supervision were discussed. Necessity of establishing multiple systems was proposed, including enterprise self-regulation system, risk prevention system, investigation and punishment system and traceable management system. And specific procedures of certificated agro-product supervision were introduced.
