米非司酮联合米索前列醇中孕引产观察

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮顿服米索前列醇阴道后穹隆的放置用于中孕引产的疗效。方法 2007-10/2009-10选择孕14~26周引产120例。随机分为2组,观察组60例,米非司酮150 mg顿服,隔日米索前列醇0.4 mg后穹隆放置;对照组60例,利凡诺100 mg羊膜腔内注射。结果 2组在引产时间、不全流产率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在出血量,恶心,呕吐等副反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论药物引产效果优于利凡诺羊膜腔穿刺引产,米非司酮联合米索前列醇是一种安全,有效的引产方法,明显优于利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法。Objective To discuss the effect of the method with vaginal misoprostol placed after mifepristone took orally for induction of labor patients in mid-pregnant.Methods From October,2008 to October,2010,totally 120 pregnants between 14-26 weeks were selected to study,and randomly divided into two groups,one for observation,the other is for comparison.Cases in observation group took 150 mg mifepristone orally and placed misoprostol 0.4 mg the next day;cases in comparison group injected intra-amniotic with rivanol 100 mg.Results Between two groups,the significant difference exsisted in induction time and incomplete abortion rate（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding,side effects such as nausea,vomiting etc.Conclusion Drugs induction is better than amniocentesis abortion with rivanol,mifepristone combined with misoprostol abortion is a safe and effective method,which is better than rivanol intra-amniotic injection.
