摘　　要：通过对清洁水江干、支的水质污染分析 ,本文提出黔东南地区保护环境 ,发展特色经济的框架 .对产生河流污染的源头企业提出产业结构调整 ,把发展技术密集型产业、可再生资源型产业作为地区经济发展的龙头产业 .使环境、资源。By analysis the water quality pollution on the main river and tributary of Qinshui River.The article had framewerk on enviroment protecton and the development of special economy in Qiandong Nan.It advanced the struture of production on the source enterprises which give rise to river pollution.Take the industries which can be developed into technology intensive and with the resources can be most important industries in Qiandong Nan's development of economy and make the environment,source and economy walk in avirtuous circle.
