摘　　要：媒体网关控制协议是下一代网络演进中的重要协议,是软交换设备与媒体网关间的控制协议。结合下一代网络关键技术的研究实践,从系统层面深入分析了H.248/MGC协议(Media Gateway Control Protocol)的模型、结构、实现方法。并对协议应用中存在的问题,进行了分析总结。作为软交换技术中的主流协议之一,H.248协议必将在下一代网络中发挥积极和重要的作用。Media gateway control protocol is an important protocol in the evolution of next generation network;also,it＇s the control protocol between soft switching equipment and the media gateway.With the research and practice on the Key technologies in next generation network,the paper analyses the model,structure and implementation of the media gateway control protocol,from the system level,in-depth.And analyzed and summarized problems in the application of the protocol.As one of the mainstream protocol of the Soft-switch technology,H.248 protocol will play an active and important role in next generation network.
