摘 要:首先从SVPWM逆变器的死区入手,详细分析死区效应的机理及对逆变器输出电压和整个系统的影响,提出死区补偿的重要性;然后针对传统电流反馈型平均误差电压补偿法存在的实时性问题,提出了改进算法:即通过利用当前时刻的已知状态和电机模型预测下一时刻的电流极性,在下一时刻采用平均误差电压补偿法,并结合零电流钳位效应消除方法对感应电机SPVWM逆变器的死区效应进行了补偿;最后在7.5 kW感应电机系统中对这种补偿方法进行了仿真验证。Dead time compensation is of great significance to SVPWM inverters, for which this paper proposed a novel algorithm on the basis of a thorough analysis of causes of the effect, and the impact that it has exerted upon the output voltage as well as the whole system of SVPWM inverters exert. In the novel compensation algorithm, we made use of present state and model of motor to anticipate the polarity of the arriving current, when we would make compensation for the dead time effect by the means of average error voltage compensation method, in combination with the elimination of zero-current clamping effect. The compensation algorithm was proved practicable in the simulation test in the 7.5 kW induction motor system.
