黑龙江省普通高校乒乓球运动队发展的现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,发现黑龙江省普通高校乒乓球运动队存在运动员专业技术水平整体偏低、教练员科研能力不强的问题,提出相关职能部门应出台招收高水平运动员的优惠政策、鼓励支持普通组大学生群体的发展等对策,以期为普通高校乒乓球运动队的决策者和从事高校乒乓球运动队的教练员们提供参考。Use of the literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, statistics and other research methods, found in Heilongjiang province college table tennis teams in the overall low level of professional athletes, coaches research capacity is not strong, proposed introduction of the relevant functional departments of preferential policies for recruiting, encourage and support the development of common group of college students and other measures, view table tennis team for the college decision-makers and table tennis team in college coaches to provide references.
