摘　　要：本文以《苏州独墅湖科教创新区生态型控制性详细规划》为例,通过对传统型控规实施效益评估问题的剖析,创新性地提出了从交通服务效益、土地经济效益生态环境效益和资源利用效益等方面综合评估生态型控规的实施效益,以期准确地衡量控制性详细规划的实效性,提高控制性详细规划的实施质量。This paper takes ＂the ecological regulatory detailed planning of Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District＂ as an example. Through analyzing the question to the assessment of implementary benefits of traditional regulatory detailed planning, this paper proposes to assess the implementary benefits of ecological regulatory detailed planning from the transportation service benefit, the land economic efficiency, the ecological environment benefit and the resources using benefit and so on, which can help to weigh the effectiveness of regulatory detailed planning accurately, and enhance the implementary quality of the regulatory detailed planning.
