摘  要:目的探讨不同体质女性的声音频率特征。方法采用二十五音分析仪,通过五音分析和二十五音分析方法,对平和体质、寒性体质、热性体质女性的声音频率进行检测。结果随着年龄的增长,平和体质女性的声音频率从徵音、羽音向角音过渡。与平和体质组比较,在36~50岁年龄组,寒性体质组的声音频率降低(373.76 Hz),热性体质组的声音频率升高(394.99 Hz)。在角音区,寒性体质组的出现频次最高(28.88%);在羽音区,热性体质组的出现频次最高(29.78%)。结论不同体质的女性声音特征不同。声音频率分析可以为中医的寒热体质辨识提供客观诊断依据。Objective To study the characteristics of sound frequency in women with different constitutional types. Methods The sound frequency was detected in the women with normal constitution, cold constitution or heat constitution through 5-tone analysis and 25-tone analysis by using 25-tone analyzer. Results The sound frequency in the normal constitution group transited from Zheng tone or Yu tone to Jiao tone with the increase of age. In 36 -50 age group and compared with the normal constitution group, the sound frequency decreased (373.76 Hz ) in the cold constitution group, and increased in the heat constitution group (394.99 Hz). In the Jiao tong area, the frequency of occurrence of the cold constitution group was the highest (28. 88%), and in Yu tong area, that of the heat constitution group was the highest (29.78%). Conclusion The women with different constitutional types have different sound characteristics. The analysis on sound frequency may provide an objective base for the differentiation of TCM cold or heat constitution.
