摘  要:为了实现小麦新陈度的快速、无损检测,设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的小麦超弱发光检测系统。系统采用MD983光电倍增管作为测光传感器,基于LabVIEW 2009开发工具编写了虚拟仪器软件程序,构建了超弱发光数据采集分析系统。系统对典型小麦品种不同年份的样品进行了对比测试。测试结果表明,同一品种不同年份的小麦超弱发光能力差异明显,且与其新陈度之间有良好的相关性。在此基础上提出了一种小麦新陈度检测方法,实现了对小麦储藏品质的快速、无损检测。In order to judge grain freshness quickly and non-destructively,a testing system of ultra-weak photon emission in wheat was designed based on a virtual instrument.The data acquisition and analyst system was constructed with program and MD983,while program was designed on LabVIEW2009 and MD983 was worked as a photon detector.Tests were operated on typical kinds of wheat in different years.It was demonstrated that the difference of ultra-weak photon emission ability in different years with the same wheat was obvious,and the relative between ultra-weak photon emission and wheat freshness was verified as well.The paper presented a method of wheat freshness testing and achieved rapid and non-destructive detection on wheat storage quality.
