摘 要:以未来河道水文判断和系统化工程理念,提出了自流调雅鲁藏布江外流水量到洮河的米卓调水河道工程方案。米卓调水河道工程水源充足,恒久可靠;工程本身能抵御各种地质灾害,达到千年一遇使用标准且运行成本低廉;接调水河道末端,可用很少投资建立我国北方新型环流供水系统并巨量发电。米卓调水河道工程年设计调水量2000亿m3,连同供水干线年可水力发电5000亿度以上。工程建成后,可为未来我国安全发展提供保障。The paper presents a program of Milin-Zhuoni water transfer unich,using gravity outflow from Yarlung Zangbo River to Tao River.The program is proposed based on the future hydrology and systems engineering.The watercourse,which could withstand geologic hazards,holds abundant and reliable water resources,and can be used against flood occuring only once in a thousand years with a lower running cost.At the end of the water diversion channel.We can built a new-type circulation supply system which with huge return of power capacity on small investments.The Milin-Zhuoni watercourse is annually capable of transferring 200 billion cubic meters,and of generating 500 billion kilowatt hours together with the water artery,which provides security for the development of the country.
