摘　　要：磨削过程统计特性研究的目的在于及时发现过程中出现的异常波动,文中分析了磨削过程中随机影响因素的分类,提出了时变随机影响因素的概念,依据方差分析的有关理论,结合磨削过程的特点建立了统计稳态的研判模型。The statistical features of a grinding process was researched for the purpose of finding the abnormal fluctuations in time,the classification of random factors in the grinding process was analyzed,and the concept of the time-varying random influence factors was proposed,according to the theory of variance analysis,based on the characteristics of grinding process,the appraising model of the statistical steady state was established.
