摘 要:毛细管放电46.9 nm软X光激光以高温高密度氩等离子体作为激光增益介质,在46.9 nm激光谱线附近会出现大量的背景光谱,这对于进一步研究激光及其应用极为不利。本文实验研究了不同气压下毛细管放电输出激光的情况,发现低气压下适于产生激光的氩气气压为38 Pa,此时激光信号最大。随着气压的增加,激光信号减小。当气压达到65 Pa时,激光信号完全消失。由于气压相差不多,2种情况下的背景光基本相同,可作为分辨激光谱线时的参考光。利用平焦场光栅谱仪并采用胶片测谱法,分别用胶片记录38 Pa和65 Pa氩气的激光谱线。对比曝光并冲洗后的胶片可找到46.9 nm谱线的大致位置。用黑度扫描仪对冲洗后的胶片进行扫描,再与He+和Ar8+的标准定标谱线比较,经过对谱线的相对位置和强度的分析,最终分辨出46.9 nm软X光激光谱线。Capillary discharge 46.9 nm soft X-ray laser depends on hightemperature highdensity Ar plasma as gain medium of laser.Usually there come a large number of background spectra around 46.9 nm laser spectrum,which greatly disturbs its further research and applications.This article concerns experimental study of laser output in capillary discharge at different gas pressure,it is found that in the range of low pressure the 38 Pa Ar gas is feasible to output the largest laser signal.As the Ar pressure increases,the laser signal decreases.When Ar pressure reaches 65 Pa,the laser signal disappears completely.Because two pressures approach each other,the background spectra under two conditions are similar which serves as reference spectra to laser identification.With a flat-field grating spectrograph and by means of film measuring method,the laser spectra at 38 Pa and 65 Pa are respectively recorded on black and white films.The rough position of 46.9 nm laser line can be found by comparison of two exposed and developed films.The developed films are scanned by a black scanner and then compared with standard spectra of He+ and Ar8+ ions,the 46.9 nm soft X-ray laser spectrum is finally identified by analyzing relative location and intensity of spectra.
