摘 要:目的深入了解高校护生所面临的工作压力、情绪变化等实习体验,以期为临床护理教学者优化教学方法提供依据。方法以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,采用半结构式个案深入访谈的方法对58名高校实习护生进行了访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理、归纳出主题。结果受医疗服务体系特点、护生工作角色定位及实习护生队伍建设等诸多因素的影响,护生在实习期间存在就业竞争压力过大、角色适应不良、工作负荷过重、交流沟通不良、职业心理落差方面的情感体验。结论护理教育者应了解并重视护生的实习体验,有针对性地开展护理教育,以提高护生临床实习的效果。Objective To probe into the true experience of working pressure,emotional change in nursing undergraduates,so as to provide the evidence for clinical nursing teachers to optimize their teaching methods.Methods With the guidance of phenomenology method of qualitative research,58 practicing nursing undergaduates were interviewed by semi-structural style.The data were analyzed and reorganized for the theme.Results Under the influence of the factors including medical service system's characteristics,the working role's localization and the team-building,certain problems existed in the true emotional experience of the pressure of employment competition,working overweight,poor communication,the psychological falls during the period of clinical practice.Conclusion Nursing educators should lay emphasis on practicing experience of nursing undergraduates and implement targeted nursing education for promoting the effect of nursing undergraduates' clinical practice.
